Exhibition tickets
Exhibition tickets for the exhibition Flowers Forever. Flowers in art and culture are now available in the online shop or at the Bucerius Kunst Forum cash desk.
If a sudden change of plans keeps you from visiting the exhibition on your originally booked date, your ticket will still be valid on another day during the course of the exhibition.
Event tickets
During the exhibition periods, we have a wide range of events and special collaborations in store for you: discover our events programme (in German) here. Tickets for the individual events can be purchased online or at the Bucerius Kunst Forum cash desk as well as at the Gerdes concert cash desk and all other advance booking offices from 1 October 2024.
We recommend ordering in advance in our online store.
Please be aware that purchased event tickets cannot be returned. They are, however, transferable and you are very welcome to pass them along to other persons of your choosing.

Groups of 10 or more receive a reduced admission of 9 Euro.
Please note that we can only guarantee the entry into the Bucerius Kunst Forum if groups register at Museumsdienst Hamburg beforehand.

The gift voucher is available and redeemable as a value voucher both online in our Online-Shop and on site at the Bucerius Kunst Forum cash desk.
Kunstmeilenticket
The 12-Month ticket pass is valid for 12 months, allowing you to visit each of the six institutions once, including special exhibitions.
- 12-Month ticket: 42 Euro
- Reduced price: 27 Euro
- Holder of Hamburg Card: 33,50 Euro
The 3-Day ticket gives you unlimited entry to all six galleries for a period of three days.
- 3-Day-Ticket: 35 Euro

KulturPass
When you turn 18 in 2024, you'll receive a budget of €100 for cultural activities with the KulturPass. With the credit you can visit our exhibitions and participate in interesting events such as readings, guided tours, concerts and workshops.
Travel packages
Discover fascinating art at the Bucerius Kunst Forum on your trip to Hamburg: In co-operation with Hamburg Tourismus, we offer you an exclusive travel package. You will stay in a hotel of your choice and receive admission to our current exhibition.
The package also includes the Hamburg CARD, with which you can use public transport and receive discounts at over 150 other attractions. This makes your trip a real experience!
And for your reading pleasure on the train journey or at home, you will also receive our exhibition catalogue, which you can use to delve even deeper into the art.

By public transport
You can reach us by DB trains from all directions, exit Hauptbahnhof or Dammtor station, with the U3 station Rathaus, the U1, U2, U4, S1 and S3 station Jungfernstieg, the metro bus lines 3, 4, 5, 19 and Xpress bus lines X35 and X80 to the Rathausmarkt stop.

By car
Parking is available in the parking garages:
- Bucerius Passage / Alter Wall (Entrance Alter Wall, parking garages are located directly under the Bucerius Kunst Forum)
- Bleichenhof / Stadthöfe (Entrance Große Bleichen)
- Hanseviertel (Entrance Hohe Bleichen)
- Alsterhaus (Entrance Bei der Stadtwassermühle)
Hop-On and Hop-Off Bus
The Hamburg city tour with Line A also stops near the Bucerius Kunst Forum. Do you fancy a little cultural break during your city tour? Then get off at the "Rathausmarkt" stop and get back on again after your visit to the exhibition.
All customers of the Red Double-Decker pay the reduced admission to the Bucerius Kunst Forum, only 6 instead of 12 euros, upon presentation of their current city tour ticket!

Accessibility
Information for wheelchair users and people with motor impairments
The Bucerius Kunst Forum is barrier-free and offers people with walking disabilities unrestricted access to all public areas of the Bucerius Kunst Forum:
- The cash desk and shop are on the ground floor.
- A wheelchair-accessible lift takes visitors up to the first floor with the exhibition gallery, up to the second floor with auditorium and atrium and down to the cloakroom in the basement.
- Wheelchair-accessible toilet
- A wheelchair for visitors with walking difficulties is available free of charge at the cloakroom.
Information for hard of hearing people
