Note on donations to the Bucerius Kunst Forum
Bucerius Kunst Forum gGmbH is exempt from corporation tax for the promotion of cultural purposes according to the last notice of exemption received from the Hamburg-Nord tax office (tax number 17/423/04457) dated 06.06.2024 for the years 2020 - 2022 in accordance with § 5 para. 1 no. 9 of the Corporation Tax Act and from trade tax in accordance with § 3 no. 6 of the Trade Tax Act. It is confirmed that the donation will only be used to promote cultural purposes and that it is a donation within the meaning of Section 10b (1) of the German Income Tax Act (EStG).
