Participants acquire specialist knowledge and at the same time learn methods of art education in order to develop an individual approach to art. Through the independent conception and implementation of their guided tours, they deepen their understanding and at the same time reflect on their own role in the mediation process. The exchange with peers or slightly older guides makes art tangible for many for the first time - beyond theoretical hurdles. During the guided tours, the focus is on the perspectives and voices of young people.
